Act one, scene three: Act two scene one

                                          The Merchant of Venice
Act one, scene three:
1.  I believe shylock is at first not eager to do business with Bassanio but he is much more eager to do business further on because he comes up with a plan for Antonio's punishment if he does not return the correct sum of money.

2. Shylock is likely to think his own business is safer than Antonio because he knows that his ships are in the sea and are vulnerable to dangers.

3.Because he is a Jew, and he does not eat pork.

4. Antonio is a Christian and therefore does not deal money with Jews.

5. I believe that's happening to the story before he enters through the deal. Shylock agrees to do so later.

6. Antonio informed him to lend money as an enemy rather than an acquaintance because it was easier to take his punishment from the enemy than to hurt a friend.

7. He said the deal was very reluctant to go through the deal and get money then Shylock proposes to take a pound of flesh from Antonio.

ACT ONE CAN DO TASKS

I suggest Herbert Von Karajan's record: This song is made up of soft flutes and violin on calm parts of play with some very powerful, sounded I think it will be a great background track throughout played around but with strong components played during the arguments or tension.
